It was worth resisting the urge to max Crunchy Chip. I got Financier on the first 10 pull thanks to the special cookie cutter gift from the game login 

Not only that but I also just went all in and used all my cutters and gemus

 Parfait arrived after one normal cookie cutter and that was awesome!
