Revival: FGO Las Vegas Summer 2021 Lite Should You Roll? (Merlin Banner)

As usual, this is just my 2 cents on each servant. Whether or not you choose to roll regardless of my opinion is up to you. Do note that I will only be discussing the LIMITED servants for this event and not the General Pool or Story Locked Servants.

1. Merlin

Merlin is a Support Arts Caster. As one of the 4 Kings of Support, there is a strong argument that Melin is the best Servant in the game. He is primarily a Buster support but works exceedingly well in any team as his buffs are too good to pass up. Though he may not be as good as Waver or Skadi in farm support (as he only has a 20% AOE NP Battery), he excels in Challenge and boss fights thanks to his ATK buff, NP Regen, C Star Gen, AOE Invul, Crit boost and Heals. The only thing Merlin lacks is a DEF buffing skill but his heals and AOE Invul more than make up for it. Overall, he is an excellent servant with very little wrong with him. If you are looking for a servant to significantly reduce the difficulty in most fights, then I highly recommend rolling for him even if that means passing this year's Summer Servants as he is just that good.
