GUDAGUDA Final Honnoji Rerun Should You Roll (Week 1)?

As usual, this is just my 2 cents on each servant. Whether or not you choose to roll regardless of my opinion is up to you. Do note that I will only be discussing the LIMITED servants for this event and not the General Pool or Story Locked Servants.

1. Demon King Nobunaga (Oda Nobunaga)

Nobu is an AOE Buster Avenger. She is geared to be an offence based Divine wave clearer. Her ATK buff is similar to Chacha's DEF Debuff where the effect gets stronger the closer it is to expire. In Nobu's case, it scales to a massive 70% ATK Buff. Her first and second skill combo with each other as the former applies the Burning Field arena while the latter grants her Special Attack against Divine enemies when used on a Burning Field. Her 3rd ability gives her C Stars every turn and a 20% NP Battery. She also has some survivability as she has an invul. Her NP removes all Defensive buffs from Divine enemies prior to damage making it unblockable for them. While on paper she may seem good, in reality, she is fairly lacklustre due to how restrictive her niche is. Farming Avengers (which Nobu is) is usually required to at least deal solid damage against neutral classes and be capable of looping, as seen with Edgemond and Space Ishtar, in order to be viable. Nobu does not meet these criteria as she deals minimal damage if not receiving her niche benefits and can't loop easily due to the fact that she has a Buster NP. In short, she can be strong if the situation allows her to utilse her niche but she is overshadowed by other AOE Avengers in most cases.

2. Okita Souji (Alter)

Okita is an AOE Buster Alter Ego. Her kit is fairly straightforward, her offensive aids include an NP Damage Buff, Quick Buff and Buster Buff. After her upgrade, she also has an ATK Buff. She also has a 30% NP Battery to help with farming. Her survivability is lacklustre as she only has a 1 time evade that lasts for 3 turns. While this simple kit may make it seem that she may be a decent no brain farmer, that isn't the case. She actually deals very minimal damage in practical use even when buffed. Furthermore, if she gets hit (which may happen due to her NP's low overall damage) she isn't resist to the classes she fights so she will go down fast. This makes it so that it isn't realistically worth using her over Berserkers like Spartacus or Neutral Farmers like Space Ishtar.

3. Oda Nobunaga (Berserker)

Nobu is an ST Buster Berserker. She is a fairly good Crit Memer with a strong NP. Unlike most servants, her Buster cards can give a decent amount of NP due to their high hit counts, given the first card in the chain is an Arts card. This combo nicely with the fact that Nobu has good team support for a Berserker as she can grant C Stars per turn, NP Per Turn and HP for all her allies with her 2nd skill. When paired with good support she becomes an excellent Crit Memer thanks to her C Star Gather Buff only having a 4 turn cooldown and having a decent 3 turn Buster Buff. Furthermore, her NP deals extra damage against Divine enemies. This makes her an overall good Crit Memer for masters who need one.

4. Mori Nagayoshi

Mori is an ST Buster Berserker. He is an extremely offense based Berserker who actively Debuffs his DEF while buffing his ATK. He has strong Crit meme potential and a strong NP which can help him Nuke most enemies. However, the fact that he actively debuffs himself, low overall HP and Berserker classing make him the pinnacle of glass cannon Servants. While he can be good in the hands of an experienced Master, other Servants like Lu Bu or Heracles heavily outclass him and are overall better chooses in most cases.
