Company is run by morons.
#ClashOfSkyCustomerService is absolutely horrendous. I've been trying since release day to get somebody to look at why my account was banned and it's like their entire team is filled with monkeys on typewriters. No matter how many times I've asked for help, said I never had illegal programs on my phone, asked them to tell me what illegal programs I have, or asked them to physically look at my account and see how far behind everyone else I am (because, surprise, I have never cheated in this game), this Customer Service team refuses to help me at all.
@tetania just constantly accuses me of using illegal programs, and now they probably think I'm the fucking antichrist or something because they've gone radio silent on me altogether.
@Colby isn't any better; they see the notes and comments I'm leaving asking for some help, yet they haven't reached out to me a single time to offer assistance.
Is that what Customer Service is supposed to do? Completely ignore a customer who is asking to be serviced for a problem that could take less than 5 minutes? If that's what the #ClashOfSky CS team thinks, then you guys will never make it as game devs.
People have already realized you've stolen art for your game with the Grandcypher from Granblue Fantasy just smack on the title screen. Lord knows how many other games you ripped off from. You can only keep your whales entertained for so long before they realize there are way better games to spend their money on to actually get something valuable out of it and they leave your game to rot and die.
You need to realize your players are what keeps your game alive and relevant, so don't treat them like shit.
