【News of Yesterday】Birthday of voice actor Yuichi Nakamura!!

February 20th is Yuichi Nakamura's birthday! 

Yuichi Nakamura is one of the most popular voice actors in anime these days, even with an incredibly sexy voice, he can voice not only confident handsome man like Graham Aker in gundam 00, but adorably dump guy like Umetarou Nozaki in Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun as well. 

He also has a variety of acting styles too, able to voice a blur blue teen like Tomoya Okazaki in Clannad to a passionate leader like Bruno Bucciarati in JoJo!

That’s why It is so hard to pick iconic characters from Yuichi Nakamura, because there are dozens! That’s why I decided to pick the characters based on a feature that appears in Yuichi Nakamura characters very often in recent years ── Invincible!! That’s right, the following characters are officially stated as the strongest in the work. Let’s check them out and see if you agree with my picks!
 
■3. Tsukasa Shishio (Dr. STONE)

Holds the moniker of "The Strongest High School Primate" due to his tremendous fighting abilities, if it comes to hand to hand combat he can defeat anyone in the stone world. First appears as the primary antagonist ( Actually he is friendly when resurrection), but eventually joins the protagonists’ side and becomes the strongest ally to help restore humanity as a whole in general. 

However, he is still only human and is vulnerable to firearms or even stab in the back, which might makes him weakest in this list.

■2. Reinhard van Astrea (Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World)

Being the very strongest "weapon" the Kingdom has in its arsenal, his powers sound sort of… no!! Very cheating!! Holds tons of Divine Protections which holding one is already very rare in Re:Zero’s world. Divine Protections can allow him to avoid first attack and any attacks that come after, even can resurrect when he is killed. In addition, he can have new Divine Protections he needs whenever he wants.

The  protagonist Subaru calls him a real monster, even being called Broken by Ainz Ooal Gown of Overlord in the crossover work!

■1. Satoru Gojo (Jujutsu Kaisen)

Last is the latest star of the teacher characters Satoru Gojo, his handsome face, naughty behavior and absolute dominating power makes him one of the most popular characters these days.

Immense Cursed Energy and Reverse Cursed Technique is just a tip of the iceberg. His Inherited Technique Infinity/Limitless ( Mugen/Mukagen ) allows him never to be touched hence no damage from any attacks, Six Eyes allow him to reduce his cursed energy consumption from technique activation infinitesimally near to nothing. 

Of course, his Domain Expansion Unlimited Void (Muryōkūsho) is the strongest in the work so far, let alone the overpowered Cursed Techniques he can use!  Satoru Gojo’s power is so threatening, the enemies agree killing him is impossible!!

Funny fact, the above Invincible characters all appear in the very first chapter in the stories, what a coincidence?! 

Other than these, Yuichi Nakamura also voiced Tatsuya Shiba in The Irregular at Magic High School who is also busted, can easily defeat the strongest soldier in the US and even his own teacher. But, Yuichi Nakamura’s weak characters such as Mumen Rider are also very convincing because of his great acting skills.
