I'm again being an idiot for trusting linked sns for account transfer. I was just resetting my phone (in purpose of making it fresh as new) and backed up all my data, including my game data. But somehow D4DJ did not cooperate.

Day 1: tried sending this inquiry email to the support team.

translation on required field:
• player name
• rank
• player ID
• member shown on your image profile
• date of birth (if you ever made a purchase)
• number of diamonds (paid - free)
• I have (not) made a purchase before
• purchase at (date)
• item or amount of diamonds purchased

addition:
if you ever made a purchase, send them the receipt. also give all screenshot you have to prove you're the owner of the account.
