Facing annoying bug error "Unexpected error" ？ here i have some Tips about this bug. it work 100% if you follow my step.
.
1.After creating account at start and input a chancellor nickname , Finish the basic tutorial (If you go to gacha/recruit section without any Order from turorial, it mean you has finished the basic tutorial ) first 
2. after it ,  you should go "setting" and make a progress "Data transfer ".

3. after you in data transfer progress, should input your Password and remember the ID Data transfer (Upper from  password section)

4. and select Yes or apply after input your password , this section the MOST IMPORTANT to keep progress your game , so you should better screenshot at  password input section

5. after done make a data transfer , it easy and you can feel lightly , if you facing the unexpected error , Go to restart your game and open the “Menu” (Left from start button) then select “Delet game data”

6. select confirm delete game data and restart your game 

7. select back the menu and choose the data transfer , Here the second important you must see it . Input your saved ID data transfer and same password 

8. Happy playing back without LOSS GAME PROGRESS ！
