The predecessor of 00 Qan[T] but with more weapons. This is the combination of 00 Gundam and the mobile armor 0-Raiser which is used by Setsuna and Saji Crossroad (00 Gundam and 0-Raiser respectively) against the Innovators, a group of Innovades and the antagonistic group of the 2nd Season of Gundam 00.


Armaments


GN Sword II

An upgrade to Exia's GN Sword but on a dual-wield scale. In Sword Mode this takes the shape of  conventional broadswords. The two swords can also be combined to become a twin-edge sword. In Riflem Mode, the blade can be pivoted from the hilt and rotated to its long axis, revealing a targeting sensor. The gun can be rapid-fired, can be fired as a shotgun (without pump action, of course), and can be charged to release a crescent-shaped projectile for larger targets.


GN Sword III

A further upgrade that looks exactly like Exia's GN Sword but with a green shade on the sharp edge which is revealed to be some GN particles that are used to make GN condensers.


Abilities


Trans-Am System

The power up of 00 Raiser that is required for other functions. Other than that, it enhances the combat capability and speed with a consequence of decreased performance afterward.


Trans-Am Burst

The hidden feature of 00-Raiser that when used by a true Innovator (Setsuna), emits GN Particles in a rainbow hue that promotes health meaning those affected by radiation caused by red, orange, and gold GN particles are cured. It also allows communication via quantum brainwaves.


Raiser System

A system in O-Raiser that stabilizes particle emission of the then unstable 00 Gundam. It also allows the badass Raiser Sword attack (obligatory screaming of TRANS-AM RAISERRRRRR!!). Not only that, it also extends the time of the Trans-Am system.
