But thnx to youtube I've fixed it, someone had the same issues and downloaded a japan vpn which wasn't on my system

 I'll show you mine, it works, this is my huawei phone's app store results, yours may be different, huaweis are android so any ios users, you have to find another app similair or look up apk pure then search this, you need apk pure installed to install an app on there, there is a premium mode but you only need Tokyo which is actually free so go ham with it but you only need the vpn to download updates and data, for voice data download when opening a story, I'm not sure. 

Using the first option it gives you it'll let you download ccinderella files, unsure if you need it to play the game everytime but yeah, this works.
