Sony Picture Entertainment and AT&T, the mother companies of Funimation and Crunchyroll, announced the news that Funimation Global Group has completed the acquisition of Crunchyroll. Starting from now, they are one. It is pretty big news as they're both popular service providers for overseas anime and manga fans.
