Arena Tower 34 is bugged

I thought this was a connection problem, however it wasn't the case at all, first time it happened when the boss was at half of it's life, my character suddenly stopped moving, attack and dodge buttons did nothing, support didn't worked either so I closed the app. Tried again, got into an unfair stunlock and lost my first character, went to the boss with the second, I obviously lost and at my third character the same thing happened, I could pull an ultimate and it got the game working again, for 10 seconds until it froze again, waited for another ultimate to charge and try again but this time it didn't worked. Anything like this happened to anyone else? I thought you had to be hit to trigger it but apparently it isn't the case.
